Leadership Development

Each year, Ticktocker classes have a different leadership focus. Members have opportunities to engage in experiences that build essential skills such as confidence, consensus and team building, event planning, conflict resolution and parliamentary procedure. Additionally, each Ticktocker Class has Board Officers and is responsible for planning and hosting at least one Chapter Meeting/Event per year. Activities of our Chapter include:

  • Winter Annual Meeting~A Speaker Event
  • Flamingo Flocking~A Chapter Fundraiser Where Ticktockers “Flock”┬áCommunity Members for Special Occasions
  • Santa’s Workshop & Evergreen’s Got Talent~Annual Philanthropy Event Planning
